1. Eligibility & Registration

  • • Academic: +2 Students (Grade 11 & 12, Same College).
  • • Entry Fee: Rs. 1,000 (Non-refundable).
  • • Squad: Exactly 8 players (5 on-field + 3 subs).
  • • Must provide College ID & PP Photo.

2. Format & Duration

  • • Structure: Single-Elimination Knockout.
  • • Match Time: 11 mins (5-1-5).
  • • Finals: 16 mins (7-2-7).
  • • Tie: 3 Penalties, then Sudden Death.

3. Kits & Equipment

  • • Matching jerseys with visible numbers.
  • • Jeans & Studs are strictly prohibited.
  • • Only non-marking futsal shoes allowed.
  • • Keepers must wear distinguishing colors.

4. Gameplay Dynamics

  • • Rolling substitutions (Substitution Zone).
  • • No offsides | Kick-ins for restarts.
  • • 2-Minute Rule: Instant walkover for delays.
  • • Back-pass: No hands for keepers.

5. Discipline & Fines

• Yellow Card Fine: Rs. 200

• Red Card Fine: Rs. 350

• Zero tolerance for fighting or abuse.

• Referee's decision is final.

• Objections must be filed within 10 minutes post-match.
